KCG started in 2012 as a moonlighting project, with one Magento engagement and a conviction that you couldn't help businesses unless you understood how they actually worked. Fourteen years later, that's still our operating principle.
We've shipped two hundred and fifty mid-to-large projects for clients across the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, France, Switzerland, and Singapore. Half our core team contributed to Magento core itself. What's changed since 2024 is AI. Not the conversation about AI — the work. We started shipping production AI into real businesses, and we noticed how much our fourteen years on the e-commerce floor compounded the moment the LLM showed up.
