Privacy policy.
The short version: we run privacy-friendly analytics, set no advertising cookies, and never sell your data. The long version is below.
The data controller for this website is Krukovsky Corp., a Florida C-corporation trading as Krukovsky Consulting Group, at 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. For anything in this policy, email max [at] krukovsky [dot] com.
Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. It is aggregated and anonymous — it does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it.
Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through the site. It sets first-party cookies (such as the _ga cookie) to measure repeat visits and traffic sources, and shares aggregated usage data with Google as our processor. It does not collect your name or contact details, and we do not use it for advertising. You can opt out by blocking analytics cookies in your browser or with a tracker blocker — the site works normally either way.
Hosting and security logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and defend against abuse. This is standard server logging, retained briefly for operational and security purposes.
Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write, and we keep that correspondence so we can reply and maintain a record of our conversation. We do not run web forms that collect your data — every contact link on this site opens your own email client.
The only cookies this site sets are first-party Google Analytics cookies, used to measure aggregate traffic. We run no advertising cookies, ad networks, or social-media trackers, and we never sell your data. You can block analytics cookies any time in your browser or with a tracker blocker, and the site will work normally.
For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, we process data under the GDPR on two bases: our legitimate interest in running a secure, well-functioning website (aggregate analytics, hosting, security), and the performance of, or steps toward, a contract when you contact us about working together.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf — notably Vercel (hosting and analytics) and our email provider — under their own data- protection terms. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and — under the GDPR — to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
To exercise any of these, email max [at] krukovsky [dot] com. We answer in a business day.
We are a US company, so data you send us is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — security logs briefly, correspondence for as long as our business relationship and legal obligations require.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date below. This policy is effective as of 24 June 2026.
